Ingredients

1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 packets artificial sweetener
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper (or to taste)
1/2 head green cabbage, finely shredded

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, vinegar, artificial sweetener, salt, and pepper. Stir to blend. Put the cabbage into a large bowl, add the dressing, and toss to coat. Chill in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes.
