Sherry and Vermouth

Do easy cocktails get any better than a combination of rich, nutty sherry and softly fruity white vermouth? This two-ingredient concoction from bartender Natasha David’s Drink Lightly is best served over a nice, large chunk of ice.

    Makes 1 drink

Ingredients

2 ounces amontillado sherry
2 ounces white vermouth
Lemon and orange twists for garnish

Preparation

  1. In a double rocks glass with large-format ice, combine the sherry and vermouth. Stir to incorporate and chill all ingredients. Garnish with expressed lemon and orange twists.
