A spritz typically features a bitter liqueur mixed with sparkling wine and/or fizzy water or soda. In this nonalcoholic one, the saltiness and complexity of the olive brine adds depth, while the garnishes contribute visual and aromatic interest. Chill—but don’t freeze—your aperitivo and tonic to keep the ice from diluting too quickly.
