This bright and festive drink goes down great on a hot summer day when you're lounging outside or working in the garden.

Makes 2½ cups
Ingredients
1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
1 cup blackberries
½ cup basil leaves
1 cup coconut water
Juice of ½ lime
Preparation
In a blender, combine all the ingredients and process until smooth.
