Ingredients

6 ounces ham (about 1 1/3 cups chopped)
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise or reduced-calorie mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

Preparation

  1. Finely chop ham in processor. Add celery, onion, mayonnaise and relish and process just until coarse paste forms. Transfer spread to medium bowl. Season spread with salt and pepper. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and chill.)
