Ingredients

8 ripe peaches (about 3 pounds), preferably freestone, peeled, cut into 1/2" wedges
1 750-milliliter bottle Lillet
2 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh basil

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Toss peaches, Lillet, and basil in a large bowl. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.

    Step 2

    DO AHEAD: Peaches can be marinated 1 day ahead. Cover and chill.
