Ingredients

1½ cups sparkling water
2 2x1" grapefruit peels
2 teaspoons fresh grapefruit juice

Preparation

  1. Pour sparkling water into a glass filled with ice. Twist 1 grapefruit peel and rub rim of glass. Drop both peels into glass. Stir in grapefruit juice and serve.
