Jammy Eggs and Feta Flatbreads with Herbs
Jammy eggs on flatbread is a super easy lunch for one—but it looks pretty enough to put on a table for friends coming over for brunch this weekend, too.

Classic Spaghetti and Meatballs
Something about the weekend just screams spaghetti and meatballs, right? This classic recipe might be better than your nonna's (but we advise against telling her that).

Romaine Salad with Rye Crisps and Lemon-Pecorino Vinaigrette
This creamy, lemony salad will make green-eaters out of salad haters—and it goes really well with those spaghetti and meatballs you're making.

Instant-Pot Korean Chile-Braised Brisket and Kimchi Coleslaw
If you're looking for a comforting Sunday meal, try this spicy but tender brisket. Gochujang, a very slightly sweet and powerfully spicy Korean chile paste, adds a more intense, complex bite than other hot sauces. If you can’t find gochujang, Sriracha makes a good though slightly less spicy substitute. And if you’re not a coleslaw fan, you can serve some kimchi or a salad on the side instead.

Bitter Greens Salad With Melted Cheese
Baking a salad might make you nervous, but a quick moment in the oven will only wilt the greens slightly and yet melt the cheese so that it cloaks the greens nicely.

Fallen Chocolate Cake
Who doesn’t love chocolate cake? This one is moist, dense, rich, and naturally gluten-free.
