We have some masa right here.
It's already prepped with salt
and a little bit of water, just to make it soft.
Put some beans,
and then make a roll.
You always have to put some oil,
so you don't get it sticking in your hands.
And then we just put it in the tortilla press,
but oval shaped.
And then you have your huarache already made.
So you just put it in the griddle,
it's taking around four to five minutes.
We have the huarache.
We put some sour cream,
a little bit of salsa,
and we put some onions, a little bit of cilantro,
some queso fresco,
and the chicken and chipotle,
which is one of the most popular.
It's really good.
