Ingredients

3 toasted nori sheets, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
Kosher salt

Preparation

  1. Finely grind nori in a spice mill or a blender. Mix nori, mayonnaise, and lime juice in a small bowl; season with salt.

    Do Ahead: Mayonnaise can be made 5 days ahead. Cover and chill.
