2 cups unfiltered apple cider
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
Preparation
Boil ingredients with 1/8 teaspoon salt in a small heavy saucepan until reduced to 1 cup, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool to warm.
