Ingredients

4 celery stalks
½ teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
Celery salt, freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Chop leaves from inner celery stalks. Very thinly slice stalks. Toss with lemon zest, lemon juice, and oil in a small bowl; season with celery salt and pepper.
