The Raw Beef
Here’s a short, delicious, and lethal concoction. Good when you’re in search of instant numbness. Serve in a lowball glass.

Ingredients
2 ounces (60 ml) cheap sake
2 ounces (30 ml) vodka
Ice
Dash or two of Worcestershire sauce
1-ounce (30-g) piece perfect raw beef (from the tenderloin), on a skewer and well chilled
Preparation
Freeze a lowball glass. Shake the sake and vodka with ice and strain into the glass. Serve piscine (with ice) with the Worcestershire dash sinking, and stir with the skewer of beef.
