Ingredients

1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon mirin (sweet Japanese rice wine)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon unseasoned rice vinegar

Preparation

  1. Stir sugar and 1 Tbsp. warm water in a small bowl to dissolve sugar. Stir in lime juice, mirin, soy sauce, and vinegar.
