This is a twist on the Margarita and uses Japanese matcha for a modern feel. The finely milled green tea brings a touch of Zen to the cocktail ceremony.

Ingredients

1 3/4 fl oz/50 ml Calle 23 tequila blanco
2 tsp orange curaçao
4 tsp unsalted yuzu juice
2 tsp maraschino liqueur
1/4 tsp brewed matcha
ice cubes
black salt & lemon slices

Preparation

  1. Shake all the ingredients with ice and serve straight up in a teacup with lemon slices sprinkled with black salt.
