This easy gin cocktail is sweetened with a touch of honey. Be sure to shake well. For an easier mix, loosen the measured honey with a few drops of water before adding.

1 1/2 ounces gin
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 or 4 ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass.
