Peaches leave me cold, but nectarines—ooh, baby. Nectarine recipes feel like summer, and as soon as I've eaten a few ripe specimens on their own over the sink, all I want to do is make nectarine-topped salads, custard tarts piled with tangy stone fruit, easy crisps, crumbles, and cobblers, plus roasted nectarines on labneh, and as many pies as I can eat or give away. Below you’ll find a few great ways to cook with (I’ll go ahead and say it) summer’s very best fruit.
