1 sugar cube soaked with Angostura bitters
1 handful of cracked ice cubes
2 ounces Cognac
2 ounces Champagne
1/4 ounce Chartreuse liqueur

Preparation

  1. Place 1 sugar cube in a coupe glass and soak with Angostura bitters. Add a handful of cracked ice cubes and 2 ounces Cognac; top with 2 ounces Champagne. Drizzle with 1/4 ounce Chartreuse liqueur. Add ice until almost brimming.
