Ingredients

Mocktail

2 ounces faux-gin
1 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons Bonne Maman Four Fruits Preserves

Faux-Gin

1 teaspoon Coriander seeds
1 teaspoon anise seeds
1 Lemon
2 cups non alcoholic white wine

Preparation

  1. Faux-Gin

    Step 1

    Place the coriander and anise in a small frying pan over medium heat and cook until fragrant (3 mins). Remove from heat and place in medium bowl.

    Step 2

    Zest the lemon and add to bowl. Add the wine and stir to combine. Cover the bowl and sit at room temperature for 3 hours.

    Step 3

    Rim a cocktail glass with sugar. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until combines. Strain into a glass and garnish with fruit.
