This makes enough milk tea glaze for one full recipe of gem cakes; you can halve the recipe if you’d like an assortment of flavors.

Recipe information

  • Total Time

    5 minutes

  • Yield

    Makes 1–1½ cups

Ingredients

1⅔ cups (200 g) powdered sugar
¼ cup (scant) whole milk
3 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. milk tea powder (such as Nitto)
