Ingredients

2 cups grated Gruyère (about 8 oz.)
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
2 tablespoons dry white wine
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper
1 1/2 cups pumpkin seeds (pepitas) and/or sunflower seeds

Preparation

  1. Step 1
