Ginger Snap

This is the drink for those who aren’t big on booze. Light, refreshing, and designed not to get you drunk, a little bit of sherry shifts canned soda into something complex and eminently sippable. It’s our new summer standby.

2 oz. fino or manzanilla sherry
3 oz. chilled ginger ale
Lemon twist (for serving)
Preparation
Pour 2 oz. fino or manzanilla sherry into a wine glass, highball glass, or copper mug filled with ice. Slowly pour in 3 oz. chilled ginger ale; stir gently to combine. Garnish with lemon twist.
