Agua de Jamaica
Make this mysterious and delicious herbal iced tea in advance, because it’s best cold. You can buy dried hibiscus (known as jamaica) flowers at almost any Mexican market.

Ingredients
1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
About 1/4 cup sugar or honey, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the hibiscus with 1 quart water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover, turn off the heat, and let stand for about 30 minutes.
Step 2
Strain, then stir in sugar to taste. Refrigerate to chill and serve over ice.
