Agave Margarita
Tequila and agave nectar come from the same place: the agave plant. This fun sweet and tart drink reunites them.

Ingredients
Sea salt
Lime wedge
1 ounce light agave nectar
2 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice
3 ounces tequila (blanco, reposado, or añejo)
Orange twist, for garnish
Preparation
Have ready a chilled, frosted martini glass, a plate of sea salt, and a cocktail shaker with ice. Rub the rim of the cocktail glass with a lime wedge and dip into the sea salt. Pour the agave nectar, lime juice, and tequila into the cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until very cold. Strain into the prepared glass and serve with a twist of orange.
