Our ideal secret sauce for burgers is a carefully balanced, creamy blend with just enough acid, spice, smokiness, and sweetness. We developed it especially for our Classic Smashed Cheeseburger , but it works just as well as for fries, onion rings, sandwiches, deviled eggs (instead of mayo), and more. We think this concoction is just right, but it's easy to adjust the proportions according to personal taste to create your own house secret sauce.
