Ingredients
2 or 3 ounces bourbon
2 ounces chilled ginger ale
2 ounces chilled club soda
3 or 4 ice cubes
Twist lemon peel
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except the peel in a 10-ounce highball glass and stir gently. Twist lemon peel over the drink to release the oil, then drop it in.
