Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces brandy
1/2 ounce curaçao
1 egg yolk
4 ounces milk
3 or 4 ice cubes
Nutmeg
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except the nutmeg in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into an 8-ounce goblet, and grate a little nutmeg on top.
