Ingredients

1 1/2 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon white-wine vinegar
1 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced red cabbage (about 1/4 head)
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced green cabbage (about 1/4 head)

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, and zest and add cabbages. Toss coleslaw well and season with salt and pepper. Chill coleslaw, covered, 1 hour.
