Ingredients

1 1/4 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (or use 4 ounces chocolate graham crackers, crumbled)
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Preparation

  1. heat oven to 350°F. in a bowl, combine all ingredients. Press crumb mixture evenly into bottom of a 9" glass pie pan (with a flat-bottomed measuring cup or an empty pie pan). bake 12 minutes. let cool. Add pie filling.
