Ingredients

2 ounces whiskey
2 ounces apple cider
1 ounce apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
A few dashes angostura bitters
Orange twist (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Combine apple cider, whiskey, vinegar, maple syrup, and cayenne in a cocktail shaker; fill shaker with ice. Shake until outside of shaker is frosty, about 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice, top with bitters, and garnish with orange twist.
