Von and Molly Wilson

Von and Molly Wilson were the proprietors of Mocha Molly's Coffee Saloon and Bluegrass Bakery in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, until its eventual closure in 2006. The bakery's recipe for Molasses Cookies appeared in the 1995 issue of Gourmet and quickly became a reader favorite.
