Teresa Finney is a Mexican-American recipe writer, baker, and owner of the Atlanta-based micro bakery and pan dulce pop up, At Heart Panadería. Finney also  publishes a weekly recipe Patreon where she shares recipes inspired by a hybrid of the food of her childhood in the Bay Area, CA and the local, regional and seasonal ingredients of the American southeast, her home since 2015. At Heart Panadería earned a spot on the Best Pan Dulce Bakeries Across the U.S. list by Food Network last year, as well as a Best of Atlanta 2022 mention by Atlanta Magazine.
