Serena Dai joined Bon Appétit as editorial director in 2022, overseeing everything digital for the publication. Previously, she oversaw food and wine coverage at The San Francisco Chronicle and worked as the Editor of Eater NY, where she spearheaded the investigation of Mario Batali’s alleged misconduct.
