Maks Pazuniak

Maks Pazuniak co-owns the Brooklyn cocktail bar Jupiter Disco along with Al Sotack. He was one of the bartenders to launch Cure, in New Orleans, and later worked at The Counting Room and Maison Premiere, both in New York, before opening Jupiter Disco in late 2016. Pazuniak is a co-author of the Rogue/Beta Cocktails book series along with Kirk Estopinal.
