Kathryn Pauline wrote and photographed the cookbook A Dish For All Seasons (2022). Her blog, Cardamom and Tea, has been nominated for two Saveur Awards and won for Best New Voice in 2017. She’s the daughter of an Iraqi-Assyrian immigrant and a Hoosier, and is a first generation Chicagoan. She lives in Melbourne, Australia (but she’s also left pieces of her heart in Hong Kong, New Haven, Central New Jersey, and Bloomington, Indiana).
