Alexandra Jones is an award-winning writer and author covering food, farming, and climate based in Philadelphia. Her work has appeared in publications like USA Today, Food & Wine, Forbes, Civil Eats, the Philadelphia Inquirer, Gastro Obscura, and Audubon. Her first book, Stuff Every Cheese Lover Should Know, was published in 2020. With support from the 2023 Daphne Zepos Research Award, Alexandra is investigating the relationship between cheese and climate change. She teaches cheese history, appreciation, and pairing classes and writes about the intersections of cheese, culture, and climate in her newsletter Milkfed.
